Hyde Park Grillin'- April 25, 2009

It seems like the first day of summer here in Cincinnati and so Dawn, Brian, and Simon had us over for some delicious kabobs and other tasty summer treats. The weather was so perfect to sit outside and enjoy life.

Locks of Love- April 25, 2009

So I got this crazy idea a few months back that I wanted to donate my hair to Locks of Love. That some little kid with cancer would like to wear my hair around. It was all well and good before I saw 11 inches of my hair (and years of growth) get lopped off in three swift cuts. Still unsure of how I feel about my new do. :)

A Walk to the Park- April 24, 2009

More like a walk to the park. Brandi and I decided to get some exercise and take a gander at Ault Park. Instead we spent most of our time getting there. We did get to see the Observatory though that I hear so much about.

Seeing the Family- April 17-19, 2009

Since Grace was in the hospital, I was lucky enough to get Friday off and went back for the weekend. It was really great being able to see her.

Ndidi and Lauren's Birthday- April 15, 2009

April seems to be a busy month for birthdays. Ndidi and Lauren celebrated theirs at Maggiano's. It was great having our own private room. I didn't get to stay long, but it's always good to be surrounded by good people.

R is for Redrock Brewery and April Birthdays- April 13, 2009

It's always good to get together with the crew and there was no better reason than to celebrate April birthdays. Corey, Dave, Jeff, Mark, and Ndidi were all born in awesome April. This was actually one of our first Downtown events and it was pretty fun, the beer was tasty.

Road Trip: Chicago and the girls- April 3-5, 2009

The weekend worked out perfectly as we had planned it all the way back in the fall, but it worked out to be an engagement party for Tara and Oliver. Their relationship is starting out beautifully...engagement in Paris, party in Chicago. It was a fun trip with Marian, Cathy, Brandi, and Tara and always good to see the Windy City. It's been a while since I've been out so late.
